Tulkin Erkin

CEO

Tulkin Erkin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Applied Data, where he leads a team specializing in data analytics, generative AI solutions and digital product development. With over six years in the SaaS and digital space, Tulkin excels in enhancing technical delivery capabilities for forward-looking teams. His prior roles include Managing Director at Applied Labs, Co-Founder and Head of Product at Meva Labs, and Product Manager at Jafton and urBin.

Farrukh Mukhitdinov

Head of Data and Product Development

Farrukh is a seasoned professional excelling in both tech and finance industries. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from the University of Oxford, Farrukh leverages advanced analytics to drive business value and efficiency. His extensive international experience and ability to adapt to diverse environments have enabled him to manage large-scale projects successfully. His expertise includes digital strategy, financial planning, and data analytics, making him a valuable asset in achieving organizational goals.

Ulugbek Ergashev

AI Solutions Architect

Ulugbek Ergashev is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Binghamton University and the AI Solutions Architect at Applied Data. With a strong background in AI and machine learning, he has served as a teaching assistant for graduate-level courses and has held internships as an AI Lead Intern and Machine Learning Engineer at Thread. Ulugbek has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University and has taught at Westminster International University in Tashkent. His work focuses on bridging academic research with practical applications in technology.

Abdulla Khaydarov

Head of Operations

Abdulla Khaydarov is the Head of Operations at Applied Data, with extensive experience in product management, eCommerce, UX design, and AI. He previously worked at Amazon, DHL, and Oson, managing IT and network delivery projects. Abdulla holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Bolton and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Fluent in multiple languages, Abdulla is passionate about Agile development, improving user experiences, and leading global engineering teams.
